DC Plastic Handrails is a family run business with over 35 years of experience in fitting plastic handrail capping and have grown to become one of the leading fitters of PVC handrail covering in the UK. We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and can travel to anywhere in the UK.
We have completed work for a wide variety of businesses and individuals including large building companies, schools, councils, hospitals, DIY and many more.
Dave founded the company in 1984 as a one man band with a battered old van, some tools, stock and travelled all over the country fitting high quality plastic handrail capping.
Dave now oversees the business ensuring top service is delivered.
Paul is the general manager who sorts pretty much everything from new quotes, booking in jobs and ensuring all our documentation is up to date.
Denise is in charge of ensuring invoices are issued properly and payments are made on time.
Malcolm or 'Mac' is our head fitter who joined Dave when he wanted to take a back seat from travelling the UK fitting plastic. Although he specialises in fitting plastic handrail, Mac can put his hands to anything as a time served fabricator.
Jack joined us a young apprentice to assist in the growing demand and help jobs get completed quicker. He is now a highly experienced and skilled fitter who is able to fit jobs on his own or work alongside Mac.
